System Admnistrator
Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $53,537 – $68,698 (Non-exempt, Full-time)
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Experience and Qualifications: AS/BS in Computer related field or 3 years relevant experience, A+ Certification, Microsoft Certification, Network +, certification HDI certification preferred
Duties:
- Administers laptops, desktops, and servers for FCS clients throughout the State of Ohio.
- Provides on-site support and troubleshooting to resolve end user computer issues.
- Troubleshoots and resolves wireless and physical network issues for FCS clients.
- Troubleshoots and resolves printer and peripheral (ie., webcam, headset, etc.) issues for FCS clients.
- Works with laptops and desktop computers running Windows 7, 10, and 11 and macOS.
- Administers FCS client servers with Windows Server 2012 or higher.
- On occasion, may assist in the programming and troubleshooting of on-premises firewall devices.
